    let me know who would have to do the ftp setting is it 
   the developer we had paid the developer to create the website and he has hosted
   it on amazon web services but when we want to just change the background we are
   redirected to a page where it is asking for the ftp credentials we entered the
   aws credentials bu we get an error unable to connect to the server the developer
   has said that they initially created the server somewhere and migrated it and
   also that they have not created any ftp account
 * Kindly let us know what needs to be done to be able to install one of the many
   available free themes.
 * BTW I do know hat uppercase letters is yelling but you missed out that the caps
   key got turned on as is evident with the ‘k’ being small which should be caps
   and all small getting caps.
