try to check the following link conflict test on a Staging site, could be some plugin or even the Theme you are using. We need to isolate the problem first.

After several tests during a month, we were not able to reproduce the issue you mentioned.

In this case there was a B2B plugin that was hidding the Amazon Pay payment for user. This was fixed by enabling Amazon Pay payment on the B2B plugin so all users can us the payment method.
I will resolve this thread.
