 * Ok I still can’t get the themes to be customisable or in fact preview them. This
   is a major problem and I need to know how to fix it. I’ve tried three different
   computers and 3 different web browsers without any success.

 * I’ve tried that, I’ve used multiple browsers on multiple machines to no effect,
   I have also reset the cache and cookies on those browsers
