 * UPDATE: This plugin worked great for me and I highly recommend it even though
   I removed it as part of a minor site redesign.

 * If you want to use a shortcode in the Pop-up go to Popovers>Settings> “Pop Over
   loaded using”–> Select Page Footer.
 * This got them working for me. Works great to rotate ads when people land on the
