 * Update: I went back and installed WP 4.1 and now it works just fine. I have no
   idea why it didn’t work after the last two versions came out, so I guess I just
   won’t be updating again for a while.

 * Done. No effect. Also, I have other WordPress sites running the same version 
   and on the same browsers. They work perfectly. I can upload/add images in the
   media library just fine, but the Customizer does nothing and I need it to change
   out logo, headers, etc.

 * I am using two different browsers: Chrome 44 and Firefox 39 (both current.) I
   have cleared cache and cookies in both – no effect. Turning extensions on and
   off in both also has no effect.

 * Update:
    I backed up the important files – media and plugins, then entirely removed
   the WP installation files via FTP.
 * Installed new, definitely uncontaminated WP installation files, and new theme
   files. Then, after confirming the site was working, I transferred over my backed
   up media and plugin files.
 * Seems like everything is working great and not much was lost! Changed the password
   and installed two new security/scanner plugins, too.

 * I felt it was very strange. For the record, I updated my Flash Player by going
   to the actual Adobe site, not clicking on the image. I’ll see what I can do about
   the probability that it was hacked on the links WPyogi provided. Thank you guys!
