 * After doing a great amount of searching, I finally discovered the issue:
 * Has to do with the db_version not changing after the upgrade.
 * I had to go into the DB and change the value of db_version under _options.

 * Well best of luck.
 * If it helps any, I already have a workaround. I disabled the AutoSave feature
   of WP and that seems to do the trick.

 * BTW Im using WordPress 3.7.1, WooCommerce 2.0.18 and WooCommerce Product Add-
   ons 1.2.0
