    Not quite familiar with the WordPress interface and now I know
   which part you are talking about.

 * Yes, the Front Page is titled Home.
    In the Settings, this page is also selected.
 * Qns: is there any short code for the portfolio to be inserted into the Front 
   Page that I should be aware of?

 * Yup, I did check what you had posted in the Jetpack plugin and customising the
   Theme Options, etc…
 * I was trying to replicate the Argent demo site which the 3 portfolio projects
   are displayed in the main Frontpage – [https://argentdemo.wordpress.com/](https://argentdemo.wordpress.com/)
 * Regarding the gallery, it had broken links to the images but they seem to be 
   loading fine now.

 * is there something wrong with the Gallery?
    My thumbnails does not seem to display
   the images. It is blanked.
