 * Thanks for the quick reply.
 * Ok, I have it setup for UPS currently and I thought that the module somehow sent
   UPS a notification to pickup the order.
 * For email tracking, I’m guessing it’s the same even with the UPS module – the
   store owner would have to email the client manually once it’s picked up, or would
   that module take care of email tracking too? Sorry I’m a bit slow (and tired)!
 * I may have to switch to Flat Rate shipping. I’ll mention to her that she has 
   to setup the order and send an email to client manually… correct?
