 * i also tried deactivating all the plugins except elementor, envato and 10web 
   backup but it still didn’t work

 * Hi there, i don’t get an error message, the gray folder icon simply isn’t there
   when I try to create the header template. I tried to upload a screenshot but 
   it doesn’t let me upload files.
