 * That’s what I thought too, but I also have another website that has been around
   for far less than the site in question, and all of its links show up as expected.
 * I’ve had some of these links for 6 months – I would assume that it wouldn’t take
   that long.
 * For this other working site, I am using a different host – I am using Yahoo for
   holdemauthority, the site that is not working.

 * This is the message I get:
 * Command: RNTO /chdown/.htaccess.txt
    Response: 550 Permission denied on server.
   You are restricted to your account.

 * Ok thank you, I have half the problem solved. I don’t know how to rename the
   file, however. I try to change it to .htaccess, but it won’t allow me to do it.
   I was able to change the permission (I think) by using filezilla, but still,
   no luck.
 * I use Yahoo as my web server (in case that matters).
 * Thanks

 * How do I do that? Sorry, kinda new to all of this.

 * Thank you so much!
 * Is the second half of the instructions for what I was trying to do? I followed
   the first part and everything is ship shape, so I’m thinking the second link
   can be used for my initial goal before everything got messed up.
 * Thanks again!

 * Great – I don’t know why I’m getting the 500 error all of a sudden – I’ve done
   nothing to change my site except for fiddling with this trackback thing.
 * Try this site: [http://holdemauthority.com/blog](http://holdemauthority.com/blog)
 * I’ve inserted the code you suggested, and am getting another 500 error. Maybe
   it has something to do with the theme itself? Or the fact that I’ve got a “more”
   tab on the article that I tried to work the trackback on? I don’t know, just
   throwing out the only ideas I can think of.
 * Thanks

 * It appears that my trackback did arrive, I got this page to show up:
 * [http://www.tamba2.org.uk/wordpress/TestTrack/2006/02/14/trackmeet/trackback/](http://www.tamba2.org.uk/wordpress/TestTrack/2006/02/14/trackmeet/trackback/)
 * Now, how do I get a “trackback url” link location like the one you have on your
   site?
 * I appreciate all the help, thanks.

 * Well, I might want to clear that problem up first eh? How do I create a trackback
   link on my posts?

 * Thank you for the help, I think I’ve figured out a way to make the difference
   in position between Mozilla and IE unnoticable.

 * Apparently the excess text has disappeared, which is just fine with me. I had
   already played with that margin-top thing, and it worked alright, however, it
   looks different in Mozilla as compared to IE.
 * Maybe I’ll just have to live with it, but if there’s any sort of suggestion to
   keep the nav menu in the same spot for both browsers, I’d appreciate it.
 * Joe
