 * The categories now import, but the URL doesn’t import. I’ve tried this both with
   a manually created file, by exporting and reimporting either manually or scheduled

 * Further to that, ‘I’ve created a CSV with my script that will import using scheduled
   import (but doesn’t do categories), but when I download and import it manually,
   the categories do import. Is this a bug?
