Got it!! Ping the server from Godaddy and there server is down
I know its been some time but I am having the same problem … Did you find an answer or get it fix? If so how??
Update:
After working on it for the last 3 1/2 hours of going off and on … available not available and 2 mins after posting its back up again!

Could be down again in a few moments?!?!

Also it says when its off line its not available
