How can I tell newly registered people how to login? The registration form has a block to check for the TOS. Expecting the TOS would be included in the registration email the site sends out, I put the login instructions ther. The person is a member of the chapter who was manually registered but to complete the registration the random password needs to be changed. They did that but their IP address got blocked. I think it says I couldn’t even register because a wrong user name was entered. I have no username restrictions. I have the exact opposite problem, no one can register on our site, no even me, the admin, sometimes. People I know can’t register. Problem persisted. Had Blue Host reset site several times but each time UM installed the site crashed. * The main reason for UM is to block trolls from registering. Can UM do this?
