 * Hello, I love the plugin, I built a form to go out for our licencing program,
   the only problem I have is the select tags appear on the form styled differently
   than the text tags and are full width and not half.

 * I am having the same problem, Avada, Yoast 3.1.1, Polylang 1.8.4
    loaded polylang
   after months of no problem use of site. Everything worked for a few days, then
   white screen of death but only in the admin area,the site its self worked fine
   and you can login, just no access to the backend. very strange I like the whole
   set up and would like to keep it, I have polylang deactivated curently and had
   to clean out .htaccess. Why does it effect htaccess, thats where the problem 
   lies. because after white screen, deactivate polylang, rename htaccess, create
   new one and you get access back.
 * any fixes for this?
