 * I added “subscribers_only: true” to the “additional settings.”
 * Under “Email,”
 *  For [email-address]
 *  **The error message has disappeared. **
 * However, the member who filled out the form is not receiving the acknowledgment
   email in their inbox (Inbox or Junk).
 *  This acknowledgment is supposed to confirm that we have received the information
   they entered into the form.
