There’s a great guide here on the Codex about moving WordPress.Forum: Fixing WordPress

Have you tried uploading a clean copy from https://wordpress.org/download/?
Don’t overwrite the files, delete all your WordPress associated folders and files – EXCEPT wp-content and your wp-config.php – and see if that fixes things.
Hi again Ivan89, thanks for the clarification.
Have you tried disabling the plugin and testing if you can login? I’d suggest connecting to your site via FTP, deleting the entire folder for that particular plugin, testing if you can log in, and then going from there.Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: Gravatar photo won't show up on my wordpress.org blog. What gives?
Is the email you have in Settings > General the one you have in your Gravatar account?
Is the email you have in Users > Your Profile the one you have in your Gravatar account?
(I know these seem like obvious questions, but I’ve actually made those exact mistakes myself.)Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: delete specific pages available for Menu Structure
The Pages selection on the left is pulled from the actual Pages you have on your site. If you don’t want those to show up, you would need to delete the actual Page itself.
You should be logging into your WordPress blog from wp-login.php – I’m not even sure what that other link is (renamed wp-admin? random folder with a login screen?).
Are you able to login from the actual wp-login.php page or does that endlessly redirect you, too?
Are you talking about the Codex? Unfortunately, there’s no PDF of that. As it’s a collaborative wiki, and changes constantly, it wouldn’t be a good method to try and download it all to read anyway. (You would inevitably end up with out-dated and/or irrelevant information that way.)
You can put code in backticks (this ` by the number 1).
And your shortcode issue is likely related to changes in 4.0.1.
Ah, well, in that case I shall direct you over to Flexsqueeze’s website so that you may contact them for assistance for this premium theme.
For reference, since someone will inevitably ask, Sharon’s site is at sharonwachsler.com
(I’m not really sure what the random plugin link is about because it looks to me like the menu is built through the core menu feature.)
Links are helpful.
Is this a self-hosted WordPress blog or one hosted at WordPress.com? (Since you mention trying to talk to support, I just want to clarify you’re in the proper place.)
@lostorwandering – It’s easier if you keep your issue to your thread rather than posting across the forums. (It also helps the other posters keep their own threads in order so they can receive assistance. Remember, we’re all volunteers here so sometimes things take time to get replied to!)
However, in reading what you posted in another thread, I would guess your web host is Bluehost. Contact their support for help getting into your cPanel/phpMyAdmin/etc.
