Shipping service is not available usually means that the type of Shipping you have selected i.e., flat or calculated is not supported by the shipping carrier which you have selected. While selecting a shipping carrier, in the shipping templates, you’ll see Flat or Calculated written in front of them in the brackets. This denotes what shipping type they support. The error, as evident from your reply above, usually happens when we are unable to pick up the correct shipping template on the basis of weight. When you create a template in our plugin, you have to assign it to a product weight range. Doing so will give you flexibility of assigning shipping based on the product weight rather using one single shipping policy for all your products.
