 * Thanks so much mbrsolution and Mike – I finally solved it with your excellent
   help. The template options on the right hand side menus were on a default so 
   I just changed it to something else and the annoying thing was gone.

 * Hi there – I have deactivated all the plugins except the FS contact one and still
   have the same problem.
 * I have Googled contact forms and Chameleon Theme and found this link on how to
   remove the Captcha – but of course I want to get rid of all of it. I don’t want
   to do it before asking someone who knows about code. Should I remove all the

 * Yes that’s what I think but I don’t know how to get rid of the contact form on
   the theme. I have looked at the options 4 times and cannot see a contact form
   to alter. I have the Chameleon Theme installed. I don’t have another plugin –
   all I did was copy the code and insert it on a page I made called Contact which
   is why I’m a little baffled. I didn’t do anything else!
