 * Sorry for being panic. BlueHost (my hosting) were down coincidentally at the 
   same time while I activated plug-ins. I thought the shut-down was due to plug-
   in; but it’s alright now. Thanks for your support.
 * Anyway, may I ask you a few more questions?
    – The template I installed ([http://demo.fileheat.net/themes/wordpress/frontline/](http://demo.fileheat.net/themes/wordpress/frontline/))
   doesn’t have page.php; hence doesn’t have functions of “my custom page template”.–
   I want to create a new page template in CSS so that I can’t modify its appearance.
   I tried to install some template builder plug-in, but because the CSS was fixed
   with theme templates, I can’t modify its appearance.
 * Is there anyway to build a new page template & modify its appearance?
