 * I had this issue and it ended up being an expired token. This is one of the steps
   during the initial setup that you created. We recreated ours and it started working
   right away.
 * You could also check your error logs and feel free to post any errors here.

 * Hi Grant,
 * What host are you using? I ask because the answer is probably buried in the error
   logs and is most likely caused by a missing component. We have seen this issue
   recently and that is usually the root cause.
 * I would get access to error logs, generate the error, note the time and search
   the error logs for any answers.

 * Are you using the en_us language pack as your default language? I was having 
   the same issue until I changed ours back to en and defaulted the users to en_us
   to resolve the issue.
