 * Your theme may have come with pre-published posts. In your wordpress dashboard,
   click on posts. Bulk delete any posts that you did not create except Hello World.
   After you delete the posts,- quick edit Hello World and change the status from
   published to draft.

 * ooops – Sorry, that post didn’t come out right. Seems the non-breaking space 
   between the p tags is missing. I use the non-breaking space between the p tags
   to create a line break.

 * I don’t know about “proper html” or using css for this but I just used a simple
   <p> </p> and it appears to work for me.
