 * Hi
 * I am very new to WP I updated my site yesterday and it broke,, I was originally
   getting the ERROR,, Fatal error: Cannot redeclare has_shortcode() (previously
   declared in D:\Hosting\9613729\html\wp-includes\shortcodes.php:153) in D:\Hosting\
   9613729\html\wp-content\themes\options\framework\functions\common.php on line
   23
 * Then I renamed one of the files and I’m now getting
 * Warning: include_once(D:\Hosting\9613729\html/wp-content/themes/options/framework/
   shortcodes/shortCodesOptionsPages.php) [function.include-once]: failed to open
   stream: No such file or directory in D:\Hosting\9613729\html\wp-content\themes\
   options\framework\admin\setup.php on line 79
 * Warning: include_once() [function.include]: Failed opening ‘D:\Hosting\9613729\
   html/wp-content/themes/options/framework/shortcodes/shortCodesOptionsPages.php’
   for inclusion (include_path=’.;C:\php\pear’) in D:\Hosting\9613729\html\wp-content\
   themes\options\framework\admin\setup.php on line 79
 * I am very new and unfamiliar with WP if anyone can help me just step back to
   an original version that would be great,, Thanks!
