Upon your advise I tried it again just now, but as expected, there were no changes. * I am using Twenty Fourteen theme. I have requested my hosting service provider to look into this too. But as of now, I don’t see a solution yet. I can access the Users section of the dashboard and it says Administrator next to my user name. I managed to get the Jetpack plugin connect with my site. The photon module is disabled but the problem continues. To make things worse, I am not able to add any new themes. When I hover over the “Appearance” on the dashboard, no sections appear. When I try to access the Jetpack settings to disable photon, the page says “You do not have the right to access this page” (when we login using admin credentials!!). * Guess, only the hosting provider can sort this out.
