 * I have upgraded my site to php 7.2.34, and WordPress to 5.7.
    Now everything
works, except that activating WP:DEBUG these warnings are displayed:

 * Thank you very much – now clicking does _nothing_…
    Is there any other pointer
event which makes it go to the next image in the gallery ?

 * It seems the problem was related to a THEME (sixteen), for which I had not installed
   the upgraded version.
I have installed it, verified problems of upgrading and
the user_max_connections error does not appear anymore. So everything OK now
and thanks you for your help!

 * I have the problem using Windows 10 and Chrome / firefox / edge / opera around
the 3rd time I click on the link towards the 2nd page.
    Also the same problem
with android / chrome / firefox even before clicking for the 3rd time. Same problem
with an Iphone and Safari. The problems appears randomly, for example now using
Opera mini on android I can’t reproduce it. I made a video of the problem appearing
on Firefox and uploaded it to Youtube here

 * I have updated the PHP version to 7.21 in my test site elenatest.bacchini.net.

You can see the same error in the page [https://elenatest.bacchini.net/gallery/nggallery/elenas-photo-album/externship-pagosa-springs-2012](https://elenatest.bacchini.net/gallery/nggallery/elenas-photo-album/externship-pagosa-springs-2012)
I obtained it by clicking on the link towards the 2nd page and back to the 1st,
after 5 or 6 attemps. However, another user had the error happen the first time
   he entered the page.

 * I have a site using nextgen gallery and from time to time i get a white screen
error with the text I include below.
The site where the error shows is elenabacchini.
com. My provider is InMotion.com. I had the error with wordpress 4.x and the
problem appeared only when passing from a page of the thumbnails to the next,
so I upgraded to 5.2, but the problem now appears in a random way. In particular
if I go back and forth from thumbnails to slideshow.
 * I attach the site settings after the error message
 * Can something be done ??

 * Ok, I had misunderstood and skipped the creation of my own copy on the github.
I now understand and this makes much more sense, of course.
    So i created the
clone, redid the checkuot on my PC and checked again the corrections. Did the
pull request, and added a comment trying to be as clear as possible… Let me know!

 * Hi,
I saw that you had moved forward to 14.8.1 so i aligned cforms.php and lib_nonajax.
php, then i commited them and tried to push. However when i give the password,
I get the error ————- Password for ‘[https://cbacchini@github.com&#8217](https://cbacchini@github.com&#8217);:

The requested URL returned error: 403 ———— I don’t have time to look after this
now, but maybe you know what has to be done. (NB: i’m using a windows 8 portable)

 * I have finished to modify the cote in order to eliminate all the warnings (&
   also errors).
I have been testing sometime in both a test and a production environment
and I have no more messages while in debug mode. However, I work without ajax,
and right now have no time to set up a test with ajax. If you like, I can upload
the sources in github, or send them to you somehow. Let me know what you prefer…

 * I can try to learn git.
But one thing: i have done most of the work on the 14.8,
since I saw it was out. Most are to eliminate the “notices”, which, when you
are developing themes and plugins, are really annoying. There is also a correction
to the Listbox field, which otherwise does not work. I can make a list. If I
   have used 14.8 I should checkout 14.8, right ?
