 * Thank you so much for your note. As luck would have it, this site is receiving
   a lot of traffic because of a news story today. I will try tonight when things
   have settled down a bit.

 * I did indeed. I deactivated all of the plug-ins and activated the twenty-eleven
   theme and it still requires a page refresh when you proceed to the next month
   for the events to appear.
 * I am baffled.
 * I was mistaken about the export. The iCal file exports fine from the month view
   once you refresh, but not when you are in list view.

 * Also just noticed that if you try and download the events, the file is empty.
