 * I agree this seems like a Yoast issue, not The Events Calendar’s.
 * For one client of mine, it actually breaks the site unless I either deactivate
   Yoast or comment out the function. For another, it doesn’t break the site but
   we get the errors and performance hit.

 * I was a bit baffled, too. An admin (I assume) deleted everything, saying posting
   here was against [forum guidelines](https://wordpress.org/support/forum-user-guide/faq/#i-have-the-same-problem-can-i-just-reply-to-someone-elses-post-with-me-too).
   I did not realize, as when it is the exact same problem I thought they preferred
   people NOT starting a million new topics on it. I’m still unclear on the necessity
   of the deletion. Anyway!
 * Here is a thread with the workaround that had been here, someone posted over
   at Yoast:

 * They removed several useful comments on the URL above, so never mind about that
   as a reference. Happy to provide more info if needed. I did comment out the function,
   that worked, but I realize it is only a temporary fix. Thanks!

 * Just noting this happened on one of our client sites, too, had to roll back.
   Waiting for an update from Sucuri!

 * Yes, upgraded to 2.7, and I can now see the settings, etc. that I could not before.
   It says that it is connected, do I need to completely resync? I’m not so far
   seeing any errors in the logs. We have not gotten a new order yet that seems
   like it would be best way to confirm. Is there another way to check? Thanks.

 * [@ryanhungate](https://wordpress.org/support/users/ryanhungate/) Thanks for your
   help. Adding this code to wp-config.php seems to have solved the problem:
 * define( ‘MAILCHIMP_USE_OUTBOUND_IP’, false );
 * FYI we are not using the “Follow Up Emails” plugin. I know that these sorts of
   errors can be a plugin conflict, though. Also note that I was not seeing any
   errors on versions except for 2.7, so not sure about different error(s) you are
   referring to above.

 * We are using the latest version of WooCommerce and all related plugins. “Action
   Scheduler” is packaged into WooCommerce, I’m not using it as a separate plugin(
   should I be?). Version 3.4.0 is what is in WooCommerce 6.6.1.
 * Thanks!

 * Sorry, yes, 2.7. I rolled back too far. I have the problem with 2.7 NOT 2.6:
 * Mailchimp says: API Request Error – CURL error :: bind failed with errno 22:
   Invalid argument on 2193 in /home/client/public_html/wp-content/plugins/mailchimp-
   for-woocommerce/includes/api/class-mailchimp-api.php
 * But it is fine with 2.6. It is connected, synced and happy when I am using 2.6.
   Upgrade to 2.7, I get the error above. I have gone back and forth a couple of
   times to check.

 * In my case, it is not a 503 error, but I am happy to look into that if it is
   on my end. However, this only happened after I upgrade to v2.6 today. I rolled
   back to v2.4.6, and it is working fine. No changes on my end other than the plugin
   version. Seems like a bug. no? Thanks for looking into this!

 * I also get a similar error, though I have been using on a client site a few months
   and upgraded today, error is with new version:
 * Mailchimp says: API Request Error – CURL error :: bind failed with errno 22:
   Invalid argument on 2193 in /home/client_name/public_html/wp-content/plugins/
   mailchimp-for-woocommerce/includes/api/class-mailchimp-api.php

 * I am having the same problem on a client site. I believe the problem is related
   to the update to WP 5.9.

 * I switched to Storefront and the same thing happened, so it’s not the theme (
   which is a custom one). I’ve also deactivated most plugins one by one and not
   had any luck finding the problem if it is a plugin conflict. Are there plugins
   that tend to be a problem with yours?
 * Thanks for the help.

 * Can you confirm that you see the problem at the link I posted above (“The page
   I need help with”)?
 * Thanks for your response.
