I had this format in labels field like, for example: TELÈFON[lang=es_ES]TELÉFONO[lang=en_EN]PHONE
First language is catalán, second spanish and third english, but is still not working, It is for this reason I thought that the problem could be the free version.

I have a free version of plugin and I don´t find where I can change labels forms like say in the link-page that you send me:
