You could use a Custom Role Editor plugin to allow users the capability of ‘edit_posts’, but they’ll be able to add normal posts too. I’m going to work on removing the clickable area if it doesn’t stretch the whole way but in general, I think bigger is better 🙂 * Hmm, good question!
