 * Me, too! Mobile image shows in all site versions; also using WPTouch. Hope this
topic will get some attention soon!

 * I had this problem, and absolutely NONE of the online solutions I could find
solved it. Then I noticed that the description in my Authenticator app (appears
right below the **verification code** for the given account) and that listed
in the **[my WordPress site] > Profile > Google Authenticator Settings > Description**
   field _differed_.
 * To fix, I deleted the current WordPress account in the app and, from within the
Google Authenticator app, selected **Set up account > Scan a barcode** and re-
scanned the QR code generated via the WordPress site (**Profile > Google Authenticator
Settings > Show/Hide QR Code**). Thereafter, the Descriptions matched, and I
was able to log on again.
 * I could have probably achieved the same thing by simply updating my WordPress
profile’s GA “Description” field to what showed in the app. But I hate typing
when a point-and-click solution is available. Even it if takes three times as
   long.
 * Hours of reading and hair-pulling fixed by a two-minute procedure. Par for the
   course.

 * Charles:
    Here’s what I mean: `<a href="FILEPATH">[mejsaudio src="FILEPATH"]</
a>` where FILEPATH is, of course, the path previously entered as “src”. All you’re
doing is wrapping the shortode in that `<a>` tag and copying the path from the
shortcode’s “src” attribute to the anchor’s “HREF” attribute.

 * I accomplished this by wrapping the shortcode in an anchor tag and setting “href”
to be identical to the shortcode’s “src”. The player’s controls still work, but
the user can now right-click the player and select “Save Link As” (etc.) to download
   the file.
