I got a reply saying that the option to align the second line is not available and asked me to instead regenerate the CSS on my Wordprress dashboard and clear my cache (none of these “solutions” clearly solves the issue) It’s like the person didn’t even care to read my actual issue. I performed a health check and troubleshoot the plugins, unfortunately it seems to be a conflict between elementskit and our theme. The theme is custom so not sure what I can do or what could be interfering. I did reach to memmbermouse support and this is what they told me ” It seems their plugin may be loading an old version of Jquery or possibly not loading jquery-ui.js as commonly required.” but refer me back to you for a solution since like you said it seems there is a problem. * Please let me know if your team has any further insight. Also when I edit a member and change the group they are in, update it, that change isn’t reflected in the team generator view, even though it is saved in the member’s profile. I have to delete the member and create it all over again for it to show with the new groups.
