 * Jason,
 * I will look into SSL drama. Is it because I haven’t updated my version of WordPress?
   My theme is recently out of date because I have a developer copy from this guy
   and don’t have the login info.
 * Another contact form inquiry with the same status message. Resent the email and
   still appears in code. Here’s a sample:
 * <!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC “-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN”
    “[http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd”&gt](http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd”&gt);
   <html> <head> <meta content=”text/html; charset=utf-8″ http-equiv=”Content-Type”/
   > <title>HTML Email</title> </head> <body><table rules=”all” style=”border-color:#
   666;” cellpadding=”10″> <tr style=”background-color:#393E40;color:white;font-
   size:14px;”> <td colspan=”2″>Say Hello!</td> </tr> <tr> <td>**Name: **</td> <
   td>Kim Cobbler</td> </tr> <tr> <td>**Email: **</td> <td>kimberlycobbler@gmail.
   com</td> </tr> <tr> <td>**Phone: **</td> <td>678-457-2529</td> </tr> <tr> <td
   >**Please describe your vision and upload a photo if possible: </td> <td>Hello,
   I would like to purchase a birthday for my husband who’s a huge San Francisco
   49ers fan. Are you able to give me estimated cost? Thanks!!!</td> </tr> <tr>
 * How Interesting – As I write this, I just received a contact form inquiry email
   and it looks perfect. So Postman delivered and its being displayed correctly.
   Worked just fine that time! Every test submission I input seems to work as well.
 * Sidenote: You’ve been very helpful. Can I donate to your plugin?

 * Hey Jason! Yes! It appears to be working. Yay! Thanks for the heads up!
 * I sent a few test contact forms that successfully were forwarded to a yahoo mail
   account.
    However, I noticed I did not receive one from a client when I checked
   the Postman SMTP Email Log. Status: Error executing wp_remote_post: Problem with
   the SSL CA cert (path? access rights?)
 * I resent the email and it was delivered but it was written in code.
 * Any thoughts?
 * Thanks!

 * Hi,
    I’m having a similar problem with my WordPress mail and I have the pro version
   of Supsystic’s Gallery plugin (which I LOVE and paid for so I don’t want to ditch
   that.)
 * Will this be addressed in any gallery plugin updates? I don’t get my contact
   form inquiries sent to my main email so now I have to log into WordPress a few
   times a day to check it.
 * Thanks!

 * Ok gotcha. Thanks for your help!
 * If they refuse to do anything about it, is there another smtp plugin I could
   use or will this be an constant issue?
 * I was using WP Mail SMTP and that just stopped working the other day, which is
   why I’m trying to get your plugin to work.

 * Same issue. Diagnostics test:

 * I see above the “pluggable.php” suggestion to deactivate my other plugins to
   locate the culprit, and I was reading in the “plugin not working declared by
   another plugin” thread a mention of a plugin by Supsystic, I use their pro version
   gallery plugin -so is that most likely the issue? Is this a irreconcilable conflict?

 * Yes I knew the anchor #ID was partially to blame.
 * OK, I set the Home link properly and that’s a go.
 * Where do I edit the code – specifically what file, what line, and what code.

   If I update the theme, will this amendment disappear?
 * Thank you for your help!

   making websites.

 * I updated the plugin and now it says I need the license key to activate it. My
   gallery is back to the free version of Supsystic, : ( frowny face.
 * Finding the license key is quite a task. I’m already looking for it to activate
   the plugin on my subdomain that I am using to build a new version of my site.

   I tried to login to supsystic’s site, but can’t even type a valid username which
   makes me think an account wasn’t automatically created when I purchased the plugin
   three weeks ago. And I cannot find an email in my inbox with any type of confirmation,
   so I assume none was ever sent. I copied and pasted the license key at the time
   of purchase to activate the plugin, but that screen is long gone and I didn’t
   think I’d ever need it again so I didn’t write it down. If no account was ever
   created, I don’t see how I could ever find my past order.
 * I emailed support and they requested the “ordrer id” and site name. Idk what “
   ordrer id” is or if its supposed to be “orderer id.” I took a guess.
 * This seems like a stupid problem. Oh and when I tried to see if Supsystic would
   email a password to one of the emails I use (in case an account was created and
   I didn’t realize it) the captcha text/image just showed up blank (even after
   requesting a new one) so I couldn’t see what to type and could never complete
   the form.
