 * Here you go: Black for unavailable, with text (indicating all non working hours,
   breaks, special schedule and days off).

 * Please let me know if this currently works as I didn’t see how to do it, other
   than for the client to make a booking multiple times, instead of a drop down 
   option.
 * A group booking is set to allow for 20 people.
    -A client can check in 4 people.-
   Another client checks in 1 person. -Another client checks in 10 people, and now
   it is full.

 * Hi. I’m receiving 1 email to the Admin email address, and 1 email to the Staff
   person email address.
 * The client is receiving a separate email (only 1 as far as I’m aware).

 * The people doing the spam are writing comments but putting in bogus websites,
   so I’m not sure captcha will stop that
