 * Okay, I’m completely a newbie at this stuff so I’m still struggling a bit.
 * 1. How can I contact my host?
 * 2. When I go to the ftp, it asks for a username and password, and the ones I 
   use to login to WordPress normally aren’t working.
 * Is there something else I’m missing??
