 * I think you unterstood me wrong: I don‘t want to syncronize with the Payment 
   Gateway. I simply want a button e. g. in the order menu if I manually recognized
   that the customer hasn‘t paied. And this button should send a mail with a specific
   content like „Dear Customer, you have to pay“
