 * I’m not the developer, just a fellow-user, so I can’t solve your first problem.(
   Which is obviously the more important one.)
 * But the second one is easy. You can customise the response e-mail. You need to
   edit stageshow_EMail.php, which can be found in wp-content\plugins\stageshowplus\
   templates\. (Or …\stageshow\templates\ for the free version.)

 * To judge from the write-up it sounds excellent.
 * For our current show I have had to use an alternative “event booking” solution(
   one less adapted to theatre performances, but which is proving adequate). But
   I look forward to trying out StageShow+ in due course.
 * (PS I’m the same member as “Tagora” above, just logged in under a different user
   name.)
