 * I have a similar problem in that on my computer at work, all the posts on my 
   site display “Edit This”. If I click on that, I end up at the log-in screen. 
   Apparently I am not actually logged in, but the computer thinks I am. Also, if
   I try to comment on one of my posts, it displays my name and “log out” with no
   open blocks for name and email. Yet I cannot post a comment because I’m taken
   to a screen which tells me I must leave a name and email to post a comment.
 * I don’t have this problem with the computer at home.

 * I’ve run into the same problem with http3A, as well as other characters in a 
   given URL (spaces in titles, etc) changing to a code. I have asked the question
   before, but nobody seems to have an answer. I’m using utf-8 (as recommended) 
   on my site Options page, yet I get this error.

 * I read another [solution](http://www.carelessthought.com/index.php?p=616) this
   morning for countering the bots. I’ve managed to virtually eliminate spam coming
   in and requiring moderation, but the bots still use up bandwidth.
