 * with the new NextGEN Gallery Vesion 1.74 my problem is solved:
 * If I add a picture to a existing gallery, the picture and thumbnail picture is
   missing in the gallery. Only the entries in the gallery are found.

 * Hallo, I have the same problem with WordPress 3.04 and WordPress 3.05 German 
   version.
 * If I add a picture to a existing gallery, the picture and thumbnail picture is
   missing in the gallery. Only the entries in the gallery are found.
 * Is it necessary to change some checkmods for directories or files.
 * I have PHP Memory Limit: 512 MB.
