Some other folks may have some clever workarounds for it, but you can always do something like add a text widget above the image widget in your sidebar and add the link there (using the proper HTML and style). I’ve seen this happen previously with the WP-reCAPTCHA plugin, for example. If so, the best thing to do is mark them as not spam; this will help Akismet moving forward.
