 * It appears to be working now but I was having issues with it yesterday and this
   morning both in standard and incognito windows.

 * We did and we were having the same issues so I removed there and added yours 
   as yours had better support looking at it. right now the only file manager we
   have

    Deactivate Cpanel for files management in wordpress
