 * CloudFlare is a reverse proxy.
 * However, if he has mod_cloudflare installed properly, he should not have any 
   problems with CloudFlare. If he did not have the mod installed properly, all 
   the IPs would be CloudFlare’s IP.
 * This has to be a problem with this plugin or another plugin.

 * The new new 0.9.2.8 version fixed this specific problem, but introduced another
   blocking AJAX calls.

 * Try just deactivating the “minify” option all together and just use the caching
   options. I had to do that on a few of my websites.

 * Yes, you can run W3TC without “All In One SEO Pack” without any features being
   disabled. It is just that the author of W3TC recommends using that plugin. I 
   would recommend using “WordPress SEO” instead.
