Maybe the solution that they can give me is custom a smtp with his domain data (and not with externals smtp server like a gmail, outlook, etc.). * If 1&1 dont give me a solution, it can to be a real problem for his ecommerce, I hope that they solve it asap. * Maybe with this configuration, they can send emails with smtp way. * Again, thank you very much for your help! It can to be the same as godaddy? So, maybe 1&1 are blocking SMTP to ports 25, 465 and 587 (used by gmail, outlook, etc.)? * – I have a backup of this website (the same web configuration) in other hosting and I can use smtp perfectly. * I am thinking that the problem is the hosting, maybe them are blocking the it? Now I am searching the way to update email of confirmation/ finalice product, because in the emails that the customer receive is not possible include the shortcode (the email only show the wp-content path where the file is located). * Do you know if exist any way to update the body of customer email for use the embeded corde here? * Thank you very much for all your help.
