I also tried Simple Sitemaps (to see if the problem is system memory or likely to be specific to the plugin) and used 512M, then 1024M, then 2048M; still getting the same issue, will ask the web host for help… but will check back in case I’m still having issues. THANKS!

Interestingly, I was able to achieve the desired sort order by eliminating the orderby parameter from the shortcode altogether, using this shortcode:
[uwa_live_auctions columns=”3″ paginate=”false”]
(I tested this also with order=”desc” which works fine for alphabetic by post title sorting in reverse alphabetic order.)

I also found that ascending is the default, so I left that out as well.
However, when I made a test page (with the number of columns set to 3, I only saw 1 column.
Also, I would still like to know what option to use for the orderby shortcode parameter to display auctions sorted by highest current bid or lowest current bid.

Another test (after finding this page – https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-shortcodes/ … with the list of Available Product Attributes which shows that “name” isn’t one of them, so I changed the shortcode to use title instead. I tried:
[uwa_live_auctions columns=”3″ orderby=”title” order=”asc” paginate=”false”]
and
[uwa_live_auctions columns=”3″ orderby=”title” order=”desc” paginate=”false”]
and both show the auction items (products) in the same order regardless. Could it be that the titles all begin with “2020-banner-by-” and then the artist name, so if the alpha sort only uses the first 15 characters, then the sorting wouldn’t work… Or perhaps that isn’t the correct parameter for orderby? Hi Nitesh … Nevermind on the full 29 on the shop page; after re-applying your suggested shortcode, I recalled that I had “Show Auctions on: … On Shop Page” so I unchecked that checkbox and now it works as intended. MUCH appreciated! … Now (using the shortcode supplied but changed to only show live auctions) I’d like to change the orderby (sort order) from orderby=”date” to the low-to-high bidding order is there a short code for that? I looked on this page https://docs.auctionplugin.net/article/70-installed-pages and also googled
“Ultimate WooCommerce Auction PRO” shortcode parameters orderby …
but didn’t find a list of shortcode parameters for the orderby functionality. Please advise ASAP. We might also want to (from time to time during this 7-week auction reverse the order from ascending to descending, so hopefully that will work too.

I just (temporarily) tried the shortcode you suggested – [uwa_all_auctions columns=3 orderby=”date” order=”desc/asc” paginate=”false”] … and it worked perfectly … EXCEPT the prior paginated page was ALSO there below the full (29 item) unpaginated page made by the shortcode. How do I disable the default (paginated) page below the shortcode-generated full page?

… Interestingly, on another site using the plugin, I WAS able to log in with the 2.40.2 version and then do a normal back end update to 2.40.3. On the other site, I used the WP Rollback plugin to revert to the 2.40.1 version and then updated it to 2.40.3 from there. Go figure! 🙂Forum: Plugins

I just reactivated the the “Start automatically” checkbox in the “Behavior” section of the slideshow view, which is set to 20 seconds per slide. (I had deactivated it for another reason and forgot to reactivate it before submitting the support request.) The slideshow appears to work OK on my laptop, but not on Safari on my iPhone. Any suggestions? THANKS!

Is there a way to import a schedule via a .csv file? I’m hoping to be able to export a schedule from Excel (or Macintosh Numbers) as a csv file and import each row of the spreadsheet as a separate show post. Please advise.
