 * Thank you for the quick response. I deactivated that plug-in and installed the
   WP Knowledgebase that has you listed as one of the Authors. It does look different.
   It does not have an upgrade capability, so I guess I have the correct knowledgebase.
   I am still trying to figure out how to implement it effectively and will post,
   if I am running into frustration.

 * WP Knowledgebase show an upgrade capability in the Plug-in in in my WordPress
