 * I have solve my problem Myself. I had found similar thread but none of them resolve.
   I suggest to try what I had done.
    My problem was solve by disabling Jetpack 
   comment which cause conflict with latest WordPress comment function. This problem
   was not found in previous WordPress Versions.
