I noticed that your site looks a lot better this morning. Looks like the V1.4.1 release fixed the issue.
I identified a bug in the Widget part of the plugin and have fixed it. I’ve uploaded to the repository and waiting for WordPress plugins to notice it. Hopefully that will fix your issue. Sorry about that.
Sorry about this. Are you using the Widgets to show Day of Week? I so see something weird there.
Unfortunately that is a known issue. Nesting a shortcode within a shortcode doesn’t work. There are plugins available that will allow that and we’re looking at expanding shortcuts within Day of Week in a future release. Thanks for the feedback.
So I had a look, and it seemed the link tool in the classic editor seemed to be hit and miss whether it passed the URL to the actual link. Once the link appeared in the editor it does seem to stick. I’ve added links to the Saturday and Sunday days on my website. https://broadcastwidgets.com/dayofweek/
Are you embedding a shortcode inside another shortcode?
Indeed you are correct. I get exactly the same thing. I need to investigate that, see how I can fix it. The HTML <a href part is being stripped and only the text is being sent from the shortcode.
I’ll see how I can fix that. Thanks for letting me know.
Thanks for the message. This error showed up in PHP 7.2 and I have resolved the issue. V1.1.2 no longer will show the error. Much appreciated. The update was released this morning.
Thank You, appreciate the feedback.
That’s a good question. Interesting concept. I’ll add to the suggestion list and investigate. Google isn’t the easiest beast to connect with though.
Thanks for the feedback, Richard
