 * I add file like that, but then I can’t make preview pic by Video Embed & Thumbnail

 * I don’t want to make this pics and add they by myself, can it be automattic? 
   Or maybe there is function to set video begin from 00:03?

 * I mean I click Add New Post – Add Media – Upload Files – Select Files (I choose
   my video) – Insert Into Post, so then I get

   at post.
