These files are not used in the plugin. We have already removed them in the current release, and if you reinstall the plugin, it will not include the file. You could create another coupon and schedule it to appear on the 1st. Similar to what you can do with a post. Then add the shortcode to where the current coupon displays and then it will start showing on the 1st. * The Pro version has a recurring expiration feature and can automatically update the expiration.
