Apparently it can send emails to my account and others as well. The managing of accounts receivable normally involves the tracking of both invoices and payments and partial payments. I had to switch back to a theme that allowed top links to work. Since this is a problem that is known I had hoped that a solution would be out there and being discussed re: the current version of the theme. Also the menu that I sent from the screenshot appears the same way which is different from the screenshot you posted. You cannot get the parent menu link to work.
