I’ve been asking them and sending them screen shots to try and get a solution but they haven’t found any issues on their end (yet). I didn’t think the plugin version would matter since it worked fine up until recently. * Our hosting site has to migrate our site to a different server in order to update our PHP version. I’d like to do this but I was waiting until closer to the holidays when traffic is lower due to some necessary some down time with our site. * DeluxeHosting hosts our site and we have plenty of bandwidth according to cpanel. I have to reduce my feed size to less than a third of my episodes which I’m getting complaints for from my listeners. iTunes has stopped updating saying the connection to my feed has timed out. I’ve spoken with my hosting site and they don’t see any issues on the server side. * Can someone please help me with this? It seems if I lower the limit of episodes under Settings > Reading to something like 10, then they load just fine. I previously had this set to 500 and it was working until a couple of weeks ago. * I don’t mind lowering it if necessary to get it to work, but I don’t know why it’s an issue now. Is there a better way to lower the size of my feed if that is in deed causing the issue? * Please help. Since the last update some of my episodes no longer load and show a size of 0. They are all hosted on libsyn and had no issues prior the update. I can still play the files if I put the url in the web browser but through the ssp plugin, they don’t work. From what I can gather, iTunes doesn’t update the store listings except maybe once every 24 hours.
