 * if people are having issues with wordpress, they should hire actual support. 
   saying its not “commercial” is a joke, same owner putting the same green in his
   pocket. even if the .org sold 0 products it still promotes the .com. regardless
   there should be real qualified support staff available.

 * wordpress makes enough money to hire a support team, why anyone would waste their
   time doing this for free i will never understand. WordPress can learn something
   from Namecheap.com..

   get you help any faster.”
 * so in reality what you guys mean is “don’t hold your breath, we probably won’t
   answer your questions or issues so you should think about hiring someone”
